Komunikologija i menad\u017ement je monografija koja se na temelju teorijskog i empirijskog istra\u017eivanja bavi problematikom komuniciranja u suvremenom menad\u017ementu. U njoj su obra\u0111eni pojam i zna\u010daj menad\u017ementa, metode istra\u017eivanja interakcija menad\u017ementa i komunikacije, zatim oblici, procesi i kulture komuniciranja. Dalje, rad se bavi, mjestom i ulogom komunikacija u poslovnim sustavima. Suvremeni komunikacijski diskurz je promatran u totalitetu njegovih funkcija i pojava, verbalnih i neverbalnih, govornih i pisanih formi, odnosa po\u0161iljatelja i recipijenta, te konteksta u kojima se ostvaruju u poslovnim sustavima. Komunikologija i menad\u017ement sistematski obra\u0111uje najnovija saznanja o utjecaju komunikacije na menad\u017eerska znanja i umije\u0107a. Izbor teorijskih podloga je izvr\u0161en sa stajali\u0161ta klju\u010dnih funkcija komunikacija u tvrtkama. U studiji se\u00a0 analiti\u010dki sagledava da je za uspje\u0161no obavljanje tog posla, potrebne su odre\u0111ene vje\u0161tine (skup specifi\u010dnih sposobnosti koje su rezultat znanja, informacija, prakse i dara). Komunikacija je bitan \u010dimbenik, dojmova o organizaciji i mo\u017ee predstavljati\u00a0 granicu izme\u0111u uspjeha i neuspjeha. <br \/> Konstatira se da menda\u017ement u uvjetima internet ekonomije mora se orijentirati na \u201enevidljive vrijednosti\u201d ideje, informacije povezanosti \u2013 umre\u017eavanje, a\u00a0 posebno intelektualni kapital. Sve su to danas zna\u010dajni izvori konkurentske prednosti u op\u0107e. Uo\u010deno je da je stvaranje menad\u017eerske komunikolo\u0161ke kulture dugotrajan i naporan proces, te da je za njegov uspje\u0161an nastanak i nastavak potrebna nevi\u0111ena upornost i entuzijazam njegovih nosilaca. <br \/>Drugi dio monografije je posve\u0107en empirijskim istra\u017eivanjima fenomenologije komunikacije i menad\u017ementa. Putem sedam terenskih istra\u017eivanja analiziraju funkciju menad\u017ementa s komunikacijskog stajali\u0161ta i tom prilikom koriste se adekvatni instrumenti i statisti\u010dke metode u obradi anketnih upitnika.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br \/>The monograph is an integral reference work of writing, written on the research level. Communication theory and management is a monograph which deals with the problems of communication in modern management on the basis of theoretical and empirical research. It deals with the concept and importance of management, with research methods of interaction between management and communication, as well as with forms, processes and culture of communication. Further, it deals with the place and role of communication in business systems. Modern communication discourse is observed in the totality of its functions and phenomena, verbal and nonverbal, spoken and written forms, the relation between the sender and recipient and in the context in which it is performed within business systems. Communication theory and management systematically analyses the latest acquisitions on the influence of communication on managerial knowledge and skills. The choice of theoretical bases is made from the perspective of the key functions of communication in companies. The study analyses the certain skills needed\u00a0 for the successful completion of this work (the set of specific skills which are the result of knowledge, information, practice and talent). <br \/>Communication is an essential factor in impressions about an organization and may represent the line between success and failure.<br \/>It is noted that, in terms of internet economy, management has to focus on &#8220;invisible values&#8221; of an idea, on the exchange of information &#8211; networking, and particularly on intellectual capital. All of these are significant sources of competitive advantage in general. It is noted that creating the culture of managerial communication is a long and demanding process, and that its success and continuation depend on unprecedented persistence and enthusiasm of its protagonists.<br \/>The second part of the monograph is focused on empirical studies of the phenomenology of communication and management. Jovan Savi\u010di\u0107, izvanredan profesor informacijskih znanosti<\/p>\n<p>Knjiga (ud\u017ebenik) je pisana prema nastavnom programu kolegija Kibernetika u obrazovanju na odsjeku za dizajn medija Pedago\u0161kog fakulteta u Somboru. Kibernetika u obrazovanju je bila predmet interesiranja mnogih znanstvenika. Sustavnom pristupu u rje\u0161avanju znanstvenih i stru\u010dnih problema pridaje se sve ve\u0107i zna\u010daj, a metodologija sustavnih istra\u017eivanja \u010dini temelj znanstvenih istra\u017eivanja koja su primijenjena u toj knjizi. Razlozi interesiranja za probleme sustavnog istra\u017eivanja dovoljno su jasni i vi\u0161e puta isticani u literaturi. Jedan od najva\u017enijih postulata polazi od \u010dinjenice da prakti\u010dno u svakoj sferi \u010dovjekove djelatnosti: u znanosti, obrazovanju, tehnici, proizvodnji, upravljanju itd., \u010dovjek se ne susre\u0107e sa izoliranim objek\u00actima, stvarima, procesima ili pojavama, ve\u0107 sa njihovim slo\u017eenim, me\u0111usobno povezanim kompleksima koji u stvari predstavljaju razli\u010dite vrste sustava. Zada\u00actak istra\u017eivanja takvih sustava neminovno je doveo do pojave problema metodologije takvog istra\u017eivanja. To prakti\u010dno zna\u010di da postavljani problem istra\u017eivanja treba identi\ufb01cirati kao sustav kako bi bio tretiran u svjetlu sustavnog pristupa. Tako je pojava kibernetike, znanosti \u010diji je predmet izu\u010davanje upravljanja slo\u017eenim dinami\u010dkim sustavima, uvjetovala iznala\u017eenje nove odgovaraju\u0107e znanstvene metode. Ta nova znanstvena metoda stvarana zajedno s novom znano\u0161\u0107u jeste op\u0107a teorija sustava. Teorija sustava je zajedni\u010dki naziv za sustavne znanosti, tj. ona je metateorija ili sustav sustavskih znanosti. Dizajn medija u obrazovanju se shva\u0107a, po mi\u0161ljenju autorice, kao primjer sustavne problematike. Mediji u obrazovanju su sustav sadr\u017eaja namijenjenih nastavi i u\u010denju. Stoga se njihova produkcija i primjena moraju tretirati kao upravlja\u010dka problematika u naj\u0161irem smislu.Knjiga se, dalje bavi i nekim novim metodama upravljanja sustavima i procesima u obrazovanju, kao \u0161to je teorija kaosa. Teorija kaosa omogu\u0107uje bolje razumijevanje operacija organizacije obrazovanja, a primjenom njenih koncepata obrazovanje se priprema na brzu reakciju s obzirom na promjene u eksternom okru\u017eenju.<\/p>\n<p>Doprinos autorice je u originalnom pristupu sistematizaciji i detaljnoj razradi kiberneti\u010dke strukture obrazovnog sustava i njegovih funkcija sa stajali\u0161ta informacijskih znanosti.
